Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – BuyTek Store

1. Once a product has been purchased and collected or delivered, BuyTek Store does not accept returns based on change of mind, unmet expectations, or incorrect purchases. Returns or exchanges will only be considered if the product has a valid manufacturing defect covered under its respective warranty.
2. Exchanges may be accommodated within 7 working days, provided the product is returned in brand-new condition, with all original packaging and seals completely intact and untampered with. After inspection and approval by BuyTek management, the customer may choose an alternative product of equal value or upgrade by paying the price difference.
3. Refunds are not offered. Instead, store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued, which can be redeemed on future purchases from the BuyTek website. Store credit is valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.
4. By purchasing any product from the BuyTek Store website, you acknowledge and accept these return and exchange terms.
